The client normally share an idea about their design,like the color and feeling of the package. Uzone designer will create the idea into a drawing base on the product and company background.

The artwork from the designer will be able to present to the client and totally understood.

A 3D drawing or modeling can give the client an idea about the physical look of the package before the producing.

New creation of cosmetic packaging design

For a totally new creation, a trial mold will be provided.

The brand new sample will be produced base on the trial mold. This is the real product.

The products will be made and inspected under the international standard.

The client just need to wait for the products to be shipped to the door.Uzone will take care of the delivery and the custom clearance.

This producing line is for the bottle pump.

From the raw material to the shaping, the pump collar can be made into different dimensions and shapes. A polishing is needed to make the basic component perfect for the next step:coloring and assembling. There are several plastic, glass and metal components to be gathered for a complete pump.
Dusting and inspection are following,to make sure all the products are qualified.
Packing and storage in the standard way will help with the final delivery.
